This is the Moru health centre in Iokea village, Gulf.
This building used to have wards but due to lack of maintenance, it started to wear away.
It has been like this some 10 years.
Health centres and aid posts in rural and remote villages are vital services that the people rely on.
Provincial authorities around the country should make sure that their health centres and aid posts are regularly maintained and stocked with medicine and supplies.
