An aid post facility at Buansing initiated by the Youth With A Mission (YWAM) built to serve five Iwal communities within Salamaua in Huon Gulf, Morobe, is still unfinished.
Two years has passed and the building still sits idle covered in shrubs.
The building requires health worker accommodation, lighting, water and a health worker.
