Members of the Lutheran church in Ranara, Nahu-Rawa, Raicoast, Madang, are facing a situation so serious it is taxing their spirit.
Their semi-permanent church building, the circuit president’s house and a missionary’s house at Ranara station are rundown and covered in bush and tall grass.
The buildings need repairs and the grounds cleared and tidied up. As can be seen in these photos, the station is in a very sorry state.
The church leaders can step in to help but first we ask this question: Why haven’t the members of the church grabbed their grass knives and done some cleaning up?
God helps those who help themselves, right?
