The closed circuit television (CCTV) blocked by the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) billboard along John Guise Drive in Port Moresby is going to be relocated, according to National Capital District Governor Powes Parkop. But Police Commissioner Gari Baki says the CCTV facilities installed by the Chinese government will remain with the police. Meanwhile, the CCTV at this section remains useless as it is currently blocked.
