Some vehicle owner’s drive without care to check oil, fuel and water in their vehicles. Others park along footpaths while some leave their vehicles on the road if they break down holding up traffic. This grey vehicle (near the palm) broke down along the uphill of Coronation Drive up to Lae Top Town last Tuesday around lunch time causing chaos with traffic. It caused a queue of vehicles from either lanes towards Top Town and down to the Main Market and Angau Memorial Hospital.
