Hundreds of people using the Kayan-Bogia Road have been struggling to make their way across for over a year.
People travelling from Kayan to Bogia used to cross along the coastline and come out through an access route they created when the bridge collapsed.
The Nubia Bridge collapsed during heavy rain in March 2018 while a PMV truck was crossing the bridge.
