A section of Kokopo-Rabaul road that has been damaged during the heavy down fall recently.
This isn’t the only road to have succumbed to the bad weather as most of the province’s roads have gone from bad to worse.
East New Britain Governor Nakikus Konga has expressed disappointment over the delayed disaster relief funds to assist in the province’s recovery.
Konga said the funds were for damaged roads, bridges and displaced villagers affected during the recent downpour that caused havoc to the province’s roads.
