This is an eye sore in the city.
This rubbish has been building up in a drain between the Ward Strip Primary School and the PNG Education Institute.
The National Capital District Commission has a street cleaning programme and that can be extended to cleaning drains to allow smooth flow of water by removing rubbish such as this.
