An overflow sewage coming from the Lae Golf Club kitchen and into an underground drainage from where the rubbish drum is located (left) and thence fills up along Cedar Road.
It is quite smelly walking past through this part of the road.
City authorities have done nothing to penalise the golf club management over the problem.
