WITNESS

A vehicle passing through Erap, Huon Gulf, Morobe along the Highlands Highway.
The road was covered with thick smoke from burning bushes and kunai grasses.
The smoke lasted about 30 minutes, leaving the travelling public stranded on both sides of the road.
Responsible authorities including police highway patrol, Road Traffic Authority should combat this issue that is risking the safety of the travelling public.
