THE traffic lights at certain intersections in Port Moresby have a tendency to go on haywire during peak hours, disrupting traffic flow – which is risky to the travelling public.
Some blame it on bad weather, others on power outage.
Whatever the reason, it is always great to see our ‘action’ boys in blue with their white gloves step in.
Not this time however, when the picture was taken.
