WITNESS

A driver of a vehicle bumped into a traffic police motorbike at the Islander traffic lights along Waigani Drive in Port Moresby yesterday.
The driver tried to do a u-turn which caused the accident.
The traffic officers were at the intersection controlling traffic after the traffic lights went haywire.
