WITNESS
THIS deteriorating lifesaving facility on Ruprup Island in Wewak, East Sepik, is the result of negligence by responsible authorities.
This aid-post serves not only the people of Ruprup Island but the upper southern Island groups;
Biem, Kadovar and Wei Islands of Wewak Island LLG during its functional days.
It’s almost 20 years without decent health care.
Get this facility functioning or we continue to lose more lives.

The photo of rundown aid-post on Ruprup Island in Wewak Island LLG brings tears to my eyes and my heart cries so loud to God for help to our island people. That neglected aid post is clearly the evidence of all the rubbish from so called former Wewak Island LLG president who has done so little to at least keep this aid-post open to serve the people there through the free health policy by PNC government. What a complete lie by the national government of PNC, Wewak open Member and former WILLG president. How did they get into those positions of power and influence and yet did nothing? How? What a Shame and embarrassment
