THE car park at the Tutumang Haus (Provincial government house) at Top Town in Lae, Morobe, is currently being upgraded.
With Lae being the second largest city in the country, such government offices need to have facilities that are presentable.
It would be more attractive if other buildings could also be repainted with upgraded landscape.
