A BUSINESSMAN in Jiwaka is calling on the Correctional Service to explain why officers serving the Barawagi jail in Chimbu were driving around with prisoners in a vehicle.
He raised the concern after allegedly seeing this vehicle with no tints, driving with prisoners to Banz, Jiwaka, on Nov 21.
