WITNESS

RUBBISH is piling up in almost every corner and streets in Port Moresby showing how careless people can be.
This street along Waigani, has betel nut husk, spit, cigarette packets, plastic containers among other things along the pathway.
It is an eyesore.
More campaign is needed to make people learn how to dispose their rubbish in proper places.
Maybe harsher penalties should be implemented to deter littering.
