FRUSTRATED service providers turned up yesterday at the Morobe provincial government Tutumang Haus and demanded that the Morobe Governor Ginson Saonu address them tomorrow.
They walked over to the treasury office and spit betel nut (far left) into the office. Others forcefully broke open the door (right pic).
