WITNESS
THESE concrete flower boxes that were built at each end of the overhead bridge between Vision City Mega Mall and NCDC City Hall do not make sense at all.
Can they be removed because they are causing an inconvenience for people?
These boxes have become a nuisance, espcially during rush hour.
Those who put them there should remove them.
