Rain is always a blessing to Port Moresby due to the city’s ever dry state.
But it also brings disaster. Pictured is a house at Gordon police barracks in Port Moresby being flooded with rainwater.
The flood is caused by blockages from a nearby drain caused by the careless disposal of rubbish.
