The Karavi-Butuwin floodway is causing havoc along the Kokopo to Rabaul Road in East New Britain.
Dorothy Natera, a resident at Karavi-Butuwin, said her house was covered with floodwater 4m high while the road near the Butuwin Bridge had widen and became an open field.
A call has been made for the ENB government to assist those affected.
