Lae has been experiencing rain for the past few days and people living along Busu River are living in fear over the loss of their properties and land as soil erosion continues.
Many houses and properties have been destroyed in the past due to such weather.
Pictured is the Busu Lutheran church which looks like it could be washed away soon due to soil erosion.
