While waiting for the new Ela beach to take face, Port Moresby city residents retreat to cool off with a swim, exercise, or feel the oceans’ breeze on this section of the beach. This is also attracting betel nut vendors which is making the place becoming filthy. With the betel nut ban lifted this place might be very filthy.
