Maintenance work has started on the 99km Kusaun-Timbunke Road in East Sepik.
The provincial government funded the work with K1 million with the aim to fix the bad sections so people in the Middle Sepik can access service.
The Angoram district development authority chipped in K1 million to help with the maintenance work.
The Works Department gave K3 million.
