Buimo Correctional Services inmates cleaning up along Aircrops Road in Lae, Morobe, recently. They did lawn mowing, cleaning drains, picking rubbish and other general clean up. This initiative is a partnership between the Buimo Correction Services and the Lae District.

  • I believe these kind of works carried out by Prisoners is very good and it must be encouraged by the CIS commissioner for all the Prisoners around the country to do the same in every province. Keeping them inside the prison camp is boring and also the prisoners are staying free like a holiday camp so let the prisoners to do such works and past time serving their time in prison.
