THE K2 million upgrade of the Morobe provincial government headquarter (Tutumang) car park is nearing completion with the fencing being completed.
The contractor, R&Sons Construction had been given the task to seal the car park area to instil confidence of people in Tutumang (provincial assembly) and the provincial administration. Morobe Governor, Ginson Saonu earlier said the upgrade would ensure order and discipline of people moving in and out of the provincial headquarters.
