WITNESS
This spot in Waigani near the Hohola, Tokarara, and June Valley bus stop was cleaned last week by youths who were engaged by the National Capital District Commission.
It took just under a week for it to be covered again with betel nut husks, empty containers and cans.
Food and drinks are being sold just over the short fence next to the pile of rubbish.
