THIS is the site of an old building at 9-Mile, Port Moresby. It is located just in front of the residences there.
Pieces of metal and other rubbish can be seen here.
It is not confirmed whether this is a dump authorised by the city authorities.
Similar dumps can be found in most parts of the city.
