THE drain near the Hohola, Tokarara, and June Valley bus stop at Waigani, Port Moresby, is always filled with rubbish.
Commuters, bus operators, and vendors just feel free to use it as their rubbish bin.
The last heavy downpour swept the previous pile of rubbish away but is starting to pile up again waiting for the next flood to take care of it.
