The Haofa Park in Bwagaoia station, Misima Island in Milne Bay used to be the centre of sporting activities and hosting of significant ceremonies.
Now it is covered in thick grass. In this recent picture, the main field with the soccer goal post is still there and the netball court.
The last sporting activities held there was in 2018. Such facilities should be utilised to engage more youths in sports.
