WITNESS

POLICE were at the Boroko bus stop in Port Moresby yesterday to make sure PMVs did not park on the roadside. This followed a picture we ran yesterday which showed PMVs parking on the roadside and causing a traffic jam yesterday morning. Inset: Picture from yesterday.
