THIS is Tipsit Aid Post in Selepet local level government in Kabwum, Morobe. According to locals, it hasn’t been operating for some years, because the last health worker posted there left.
The aid post was in good condition but has weathered with time.
About 5,000 people in the area had to walk hours to the nearest hospital in Kabwum administration station to get medical assistance.
