Pavements and roads are more so the same.
The messages from health and city authorities regarding public health and hygiene continue to fall on deaf ears.

Dirty people with careless attitude and blatant disregard for the health, hygiene and safety of others.
Need to live with others of their kind and not together with the good, clean and healthy people.
What happen to the buai ban being imposed and where are the city council/authorities????
