This new level two health post in Omaura, Gasup-Tairora local level government in Obura-Wonenara, Eastern Highlands, was built two years ago.
It is partly completed and not in use.
The nearby health post is deteriorating.
LLG president Mapo Taison said Obura-Wonenara development authority had committed K300,000 to complete the interior part of the building.
That was not enough money to complete the building.
