THIS is one of many piles of rubbish lying around Goroka town.
This one is next to the Eastern Highlands agriculture and livestock office leading to Goroka Provincial Hospital and Kama area. Residents and commuters dump their rubbish there.
The Goroka urban authority is burdened to remove the rubbish that the people are creating.
