This person is the worse swearing beggar ever encountered in this usual spots – Waigani traffic lights and around 4 mile traffic area. He swears and curses people which is a shame in our city. Reprimand these types of sick people and put them where they belong…….LPH is there for them. Come on police do the right thing.
It’s good to see people reporting this type of aggressive mentally challenged beggars to the authorities.
