Women’s bill unfair

IF PNG is a democratic country, then the women’s bill should not be passed.
Democracy means the people’s freedom to elect leaders of their choice.
The 22 reserved seats for women mean there is no gender equality and equal participation be­cause the women are not competing against the men.
In my opinion, it would be good if MPs were to throw the bill out of the window.
Let democracy prevail.
