HUNDREDS of women from around the country are attending the bi-annual Christian Revival Crusade convention in Lae.
National women’s leader Rhoda Hageyo said the women had come together to hear the word of God and to educate themselves to be better mothers and wives.
“We all know that if one mother or woman comes to know the Lord, she touches the nation. We know we are nation builders and would like to be a better mothers and wives,” Hageyo said.
Hogeyo said guest speakers were from Australia, Philippines, India and picked locally.
All speakers are women.
“We are excited and blessed to have the Lutheran, Anglican and United Church mothers joining us from Morobe, Port Moresby and Ioma district in Oro under the banner of coming to know the God as our King and Lord,” Hogeyo said.
