Women officers end investigation training

FIVE police women from the Criminal Investigation Department passed out with certificates in basic investigations following a training programme in Lae last Friday.
Four of the women officers Odila Samoa, Michelle Sibong, Mary Watah and Kitalong Tibalum are Lae-based and Tatamene Igamot is from Wewak.
The women along with 20 male officers attended the six-week course facilitated by Inspector Joe Koi.
Tibalum said they were better equipped for investigation work after the training.
