Women suffer assault silently

IT is a sad reality nowadays at workplace that a lot of alleged sexual violence against females by their male bosses are not being reported for job security sake and the humiliation one would endure.
Only a few sexual violence cases against women are reported through the court system.
The onus is on the courts to weigh the evidences and impose maximum penalty possible to deter such practices at the workplace.
