Work in unity to reach goals

AND the Lord said, behold people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. Genesis 11:6
This statement made by God towards the early people of the earth, the experience of the tower of the Babel.
There are two points that stand out, firstly people is one, and secondly have all one language.
One people, refer to people of different backgrounds, cultures or traditions, sharing a common interest to achieve or accomplish a goal.
In a democratic system of government, people of diverse culture and background elect a representative to parliament to protect democracy and individual freedom.
The chain of oneness starts from individuals to the head, every government representative should bear in mind the common interest of people. One language is the type of communication and understanding in the government system.
Communication is the passing of information from sender to receiver using the word as the main medium to interpret and evaluate the information.
Each government representative must understand his roles and responsibilities to accomplish the common goal and to serve the interest of every citizen.
Every government representative should understand the democratic system of government and able to communicate to themselves effectively to address the nation’s issues.
They need to work hand in hand to accomplish the nation’s goals and serve the common interest of the people.
Either opposition or government, the focus should be on the mission and not on the position, wealth or self-gain.
Every discussion should be based on truth.
If the goal and mission is evil or wicked then we will still fall despite how hard we try to change, unless we set our goal to do righteous and justice.
