THE Papua New Guinea Rugby Football League annual general meeting is set for tomorrow at the Bluff Inn hotel outside Port Moresby.

PNGRFL chairman Sandis Tsaka said top on the agenda would be the amendment of the financial year from January to October instead of January to November which the 44 affiliates deliberate on.

“This is only one time to bring them here to make the constitutional amendment regarding this,” Tsaka said.

Tsaka said he would present his business report on PNGRFL and also the audited financial reports during the AGM.

He said after the AGM, a general meeting will involve the 44 affiliates to present their reports and other businesses that may arise.

The four confederates – Southern, Northern, Highlands and New Guinea Islands – will also present their annual reports to the affiliates.

The chairman said out of the 75 affiliated leagues in the country, only 44 have met the requirements and were eligible to attend the AGM.
