Young players needed

Letters

I WANT to stress and voice the concern of all supporters of team Markham FC’s performance in this Kumul Petroleum national soccer league.
We, the supporters of this team, always spend money to leave our village and district to travel down and flood into Sir Ignatius Kilage Stadium in Lae.
We give all our support to the last breath and tone of our voice to our district-sponsored team.
We end up being disappointed with the end result when the fulltime whistle is blown.
We wonder what the game plan is in this team.
We see that there is a problem, misunderstanding and favoritism in the team, causing all these ups-and-downs, wins and losses.
This team has young players with potential, but there needs to be a better head coach to utilise the skill and potential in those players.
We need a new coach to take Markham FC forward, not backwards, and display low quality soccer.
We supporters are tired of watching old-fashioned soccer.
The combination of players is there with you.
There is favouritism in the team.
Therefore, the team will struggle to progress to the next level in this competition.
We do not need old-form players.
We need young current stars, who are being underestimated.
