WITNESS

Rubbish scattered along the outside and inside the fence of the Eki Vaki Primary School at Hohola in Port Moresby. Inside the fence (which is missing a couple of bars) is the school ablution block which also has metal frames of old desks and what looks like the school’s rubbish dump. This is not only an eye sore by a safety hazard for the students.
