PAPUA New Guinea now has a new human resource consultancy firm that any business can utilise for better HR solutions.
The firm – Human Resources Business Solutions (HRBS) – is set up by Linda Sincha Paru, who is the firm’s managing director.
For the past 17 years, she has been active in the human resources departments in PNG, Singapore, Malaysia, China and Thailand.
Paru said last week the firm was passionate to create high-performance cultures, developing leaders and using creative and innovative recruitment tools to look for qualified candidates.
HRBS as the name suggests is all about finding solutions in executive search, coaching, interim and transition management, proactive outplacements, talent acquisitions and a good number of other services.
HRBS is currently the HR consultant partner with Telikom PNG and its  office is located at Telikom Rumana.
Paru, with her vast experience from different countries in both Asia and Pacific, brings with her a result-oriented approach with astute risk management capability to deliver solutions tailored or individual business challenges.
Paru has a masters in international business from the Sydney University, Australia. She has worked in the HR profession with the then PNG Banking Corporation and later with Mobil Oil Niugini in shipping and petroleum.
She ran her first HR consultancy firm with the oil palm industry in East New Britain with Cargil Group and, in the last few years, she was with ANZ Banking Group and was in charge of PNG, Solomon Islands and Timor-Leste as the head of HR department.
