Corrupt officers must be revealed

OFFICERS in the Department of National Planning and Monitoring have a lot to answer for funding from development budgets, NADP, Resi and other funding sources.
Some of them have real estate companies, security firms, construction companies, hire cars, and the list goes on.
These are the individuals, starting from good number of so-called executive officers, assistant secretaries and first assistant secretaries.
This is a well organised group within the executive officer’s office, economic and infrastructure division, audit and evaluation division, strategic policy and finance division and account branch of finance and administration division.
I do not know why the other officers are not speaking up?
A good confidential investigation is needed so that the honest and hard working staff can give evidence in private.
