Was Kaupa chewing?

OUR good Housing Minister John Kaupa must have been really enjoying his betel nut at work when the photographer caught him on camera.
That’s the impression I get from seeing the photograph in yesterday’s The National (Page 3).
What kind of message is this for the young people of our country?
You can come up with all kinds of rules to try discourage people from carrying out certain practices say like the chewing of betel during official working hours.
Don’t forget: Action speak louder than voice.
On a brighter note though, our good minister, you have performed well so far. Please continue the good job. Chew your betel nut at the right place at the right time as all eyes are on everything that people like you do.
