MORE than 1,400 new members signed up for RH Hypermarket’s Wantok Rewards promotion on Tuesday through free registration for membership and a 10 per cent discount.
Assistant general manager Phil Ager told The National yesterday that the promotion was a huge success.
He said with the great customer turnout, they planned to hold the event twice a year.
He said they would assist loyal customers in offering great savings and taking advantage of shopping throughout the year.
“Loyal customers can earn points to then cash them for free products during the year,” Ager said.
“This has been so rewarding to see so many of our customers wanting to take advantage of our Wantok rewards programme.
“RH Hypermarkets had a terrific success with the recent Wantok offer to its members and new members joining up for free on Tuesday.”
He said the new members signed up would take advantage of the 10 per cent discounts on offer while shopping at Vision City, Gordon and Hohola.
There are two types of cards provided by the Wantok Reward promotion:

  • Wantok Reward Card – members shop and gain points to collect free items at the Wantok Reward counter; and,
  • Wantok Gift Card – this card is to be purchased with a deposited amount of K30 and above to shop in selected outlets.

Wantok Reward has more than 3,000 members and keeps to grow.
