THE Remington Group of Companies has assured its customers that it will not increase the price of any of its products or services.
Group chief executive Peter Goodwin said despite the fact that the economy was struggling, the company remained committed to ensuring that customer needs were prioritised.
“We have limited our face to face contact with our customers, but its business as usual via appointment and our online channels,” he said.
Goodwin, in a statement, told customers of Remington Technology, Fuji Xerox Business Centre, BizPrint and Premier Business Solutions that there was plenty of stock of Konica Minolta, Brother, Fuji Xerox and HP parts and supplies with more stock on the way.
He said Remington group would also pass on any positive movement in the exchange rate.
Goodwin said as a 100 per cent PNG-owned company, they would support customers during these challenging times.
