WITNESS

Water is flowing out of the Angau Memorial Hospital entrance (gate) in Lae, Morobe, to the main road.
A faulty water pipe inside the hospital was the reason behind the leakage.
It can be seen as “nothing” until the cemented road starts to crack up creating potholes.
The contractor responsible to maintain the hospital buildings should try to avoid such problems.
