THE Government must come up with a workplace strategy in identifying sex workers in the public sector and contain their sexual promiscuity status.
It is a fact that when a person is morally corrupt, he or she cannot be relied on to produce quality services to the people.
Public servants are leaders in service delivery and must have a higher discipline in their personal lives.
Sexual promiscuity is highest in the public service that defeats one sector of our Government and donors struggling to contain HIV/AIDS in our developing democracy.
